The IBOS Mission

To liberate small business owners from the tyranny of dangerously bad books and inadequate data security by making it easy and affordable to outsource both.

To democratize access to the kind of big firm financial and IT advice that’s typically out of reach for small businesses, so owners can fix what’s not working and capitalize on what is.

What Distinguishes Us

Ready for Flexible, Predictable, Scalable, Accountable service?

Virginia McGann, Founder & CEO

Virginia McGann has plenty of experience filling in a lot of blanks for business owners. She is blessed with the rare combination of Front Office Smarts and Back Office Chops. And she’s the grateful recipient of the trust and confidence of the C-suite folks who elevated her to unlikely positions at regular intervals during her career. Virginia takes nothing for granted and pays it forward every day.

A lifelong Chicagoan, she’s a restless problem solver, always reaching for a better solution that will save her clients time and money. She wants it all for her clients, helping them profitably bring their operations into alignment with their mission. They often credit her with their longevity.

Virginia holds an MBA in Finance and is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Her firm, IBOS, is WBE and DBE certified.
