Virginia believes success carries a responsibility to give back.
She is actively involved with local Chambers of Commerce and has served as a director of the Board of the Union League Club. She also contributes her time to organizations such as the Chicago Engineers Foundation, where she helps encourage young people to pursue STEM careers.
Virginia is proud to support organizations including Margaret’s Village Homeless Shelters, the Evans Scholarship Program, Change Illinois, the Sisters of Mercy, and the Irish American Partnership.
Supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs
Virginia is the recipient of the 2020 Enterprising Woman of the Year Award and currently serves as a board member and regular contributor to Enterprising Women Magazine.
Through this work, she mentors young entrepreneurs through the Young Enterprising Women Foundation, sharing the experience and guidance that helped shape her own career.
